About our Church

We’re a church that loves Jesus, welcoming everyone in the Ryde area.

About Marsfield Community Church

We believe that Jesus died and rose again - and that changes everything!

We’re a Church community that is passionately shaped by the love of God and the good news of his Gospel. This guides everything we do at Marsfield Community Church. Whether you’re new to church, grew up in a church or are still thinking things through, we’d love for you to join us on a Sunday as we find out more about our God and the great things he’s done through Jesus.

Our Story

Marsfield Mission was planted in 1933 as a Sunday School to reach local kids. Eventually, a Sunday service was needed for all the parents who brought their children along. Now known as Marsfield Community Church, the heart for reaching people in the area has remained and continues to drive all that we do.

Our Church is a member of the FIEC (Fellowship of Evangelical Churches) network. We welcome people from all cultures and all backgrounds.

Our vision is to see a flood of people come to know Jesus, grow to love and serve Jesus in increasing measure and develop the leaders of the church today and tomorrow.

MEET THE STAFF

Our team

At MCC, we long to see people come to know the life Jesus brings. Everyone has a part to play as they use their God-given gifts. The staff team serves the whole church by preparing us for our great mission.

IT’S ALL ABOUT JESUS

What we believe

We believe God saves people because God loves people. We believe Jesus is God in human flesh who loves us and gave himself for us so we can have hope.

Our vision is to see a flood of people come to know Jesus, grow to love and serve Jesus in increasing measure and develop the leaders of the church today and tomorrow.

WHAT WE DO

At MCC, we want to see people find real hope in Jesus and grow in their love of him all their life. In particular, we want to see Christians live out 5 purposes in their life. We want people at MCC to adore God, be deep in his Word, belong to the community, serve the community and be on mission.
